Follow the cultural training online, in-company, or on-site
European Language Centre offers various types of one-day cultural training sessions (7 hours), which you can follow individually (tailored) or in small groups. It is also possible to spread the cultural training over two days of 4 hours each. The training can be followed online, at your office, or on-site in Spa.

Our one-day cultural training offerings
All training sessions begin with an assessment. With the help of CultureConnector, you discover your own cultural background and can indicate in which other cultures you are interested. We then jointly determine what the training should focus on. You can choose from one of our specialised programmes. These programmes can be completely tailored to your needs:
- Intercultural management: efficiently managing international teams requires specific skills. This programme addresses this. The focus is on communicating, persuading, and negotiating in conversations and within project management.
- Preparation for expats: are you going to live and work in a new country? This programme prepares you for the challenges you will face in the culture you are moving to. This training can also be used for the possible return to your home country. The reverse culture shock upon returning home is often overlooked.
