The result of a language training course strongly depends on the ability and commitment of the trainer. Good interaction between you and your trainer is especially important. This is why we only work with certified CERAN language trainers.
Qualifications of the trainers at CERAN
The trainers at CERAN are highly educated, qualified to provide language training, and are native speakers. They have extensive experience in teaching professionals and can effectively convey knowledge of their own culture. They continuously undergo internal and external training to teach according to the latest methods.
The language trainers that CERAN works with:
- Are native speakers: all our trainers are native speakers of the language they teach. This ensures an authentic learning experience and a deep understanding of the language and culture.
- Have an academic background: our trainers have at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree, combined with relevant experience in teaching languages.
- Have general teaching experience: we select trainers with demonstrable teaching skills and experience. This guarantees an effective and engaging lesson experience for our students.
- Have completed training in the CERAN methodology: all our trainers have undergone specialised training in the CERAN methodology, which is known for its effectiveness and innovation in language education.
Stringent selection procedure
The language trainers at CERAN go through a three-phase selection process:
- Selection based on educational level (master’s or bachelor’s degree with experience) and soft skills.
- Selection based on teaching and linguistic skills.
- After selection and evaluation, there is practical teacher training, with lifelong learning opportunities and personal coaching provided.
